Biography

Dr. Kousik Chowdhury is a Consultant, Vitreo-Retina practicing at National Institute of Ophthalmology Dhaka and Dhaka Eye Care Hospital. He sees patients and especially in Vitreo-Retina including management of Diabetic Retinopathy, Macular Degeneration, Uveal diseases & Surgery of all kinds of Vitreo-Retinal cases.

Dr. Kousik Chowdhury passed MBBS from Chittagong Medical College, under university of Chittagong in 2002. He holds Fellow of Bangladesh College & Physicians (FCPS) degree in 2012. Along with many activities, he obtained two years long term fellowship in Vitro-Retina from Aravind Eye Hospital, Madurai, India, in 2015.

Dr. Kousik Chowdhury utilized The Latest technique. He efficiently manages all kinds of Vitreo-Retina cases like Diabetic Retinopathy, Macular Diseases, and Congenital Ocular problems. He is also expert in all kinds of Vitreo- Retinal surgeries. He also specially trained in management of Retinopathy of prematurity.
